This Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon was made with 100% Cabernet sauvignon grapes. The best thing about this vineyard is that they pride themselves over having the grapes organically grown. The winemakers notes from this wine is," Bright lively ruby color. Aromas of ripe, red and black berries with a touch of chocolate. Fresh and juicy palate has a good structure and sweet, smooth tannins ,persistent finish.

When tasting the wine I was immediately hit with the earthy, tannic flavor. It was also extremely dry. I give this drink a 6/10 because I wouldnt drink more than a glass of this extremely weird wine.
